A women's plant medicine retreat in Utah · August 14–17, 2026
The medicine remembers what the mind forgot.
The Goddess Blueprint Remembrance Retreat is a three-night women's plant medicine retreat held in Utah, August 14–17, 2026. Plant medicine facilitation is held by medicine woman Jana and embodiment teacher Jules.
A plant medicine ceremony is a held, intentional ritual gathering in which participants work with sacred plant medicines under the guidance of experienced facilitators. The ceremony provides a structured container for deep inner work — emotional healing, spiritual remembrance, ancestral release, creative activation — that the rational mind alone often cannot reach.
Plant medicines have been used in ceremonial traditions for thousands of years across many cultures. In the modern Western context, the work has been carried forward by indigenous traditions, mystics, and a growing community of trained facilitators committed to the ethical, intentional practice of this work.
A shamanic plant medicine journey is the inner experience that unfolds during ceremony. Each woman's journey is unique. Some receive visions, some emotional release, some grief, some ecstasy, some ancestral transmissions, some clarity about specific life questions. The medicine works with what each woman most needs to remember.
At the Goddess Blueprint Remembrance Retreat, the shamanic plant medicine journey takes place on Day 02 (August 15) — after a full day of preparation, breath work, meditation, and the goddess archetype embodiment journey. This sequencing is intentional. The body and spirit need to be opened before the medicine arrives.
Most plant medicine traditions ask attendees to follow a dietary protocol in the weeks leading up to ceremony — avoiding alcohol, recreational drugs, certain medications, processed foods, and (sometimes) meat. Specific protocols are sent in the welcome packet within 24 hours of reservation.
Spend time before ceremony getting clear on what you want to work with. Not what you want from the medicine — what you want to bring TO it. The medicine meets you where you are; clear intention helps her find you.
Before the retreat, attendees complete a brief health and history pre-screening with the facilitators. This is for safety — certain medical conditions and medications are contraindicated. The pre-screening also opens a relationship between you and your facilitators before you arrive.
Sleep well in the days leading up. Journal. Move your body gently. Spend time in nature. Get any pressing logistics handled before you leave so you can drop fully into the container.
Each ceremony unfolds differently, but at the Goddess Blueprint Remembrance Retreat, a typical plant medicine ceremony includes:
What the medicine shows you, integration makes real. Without integration, the most powerful ceremony fades into "that interesting experience I had once." With integration, ceremony becomes a permanent shift in how you live.
At the Goddess Blueprint Remembrance Retreat, integration is woven into every day. The Day 03 creative integration practice, the closing ceremony on Day 04, the Goddess Blueprint workbook, and the lifetime access to the sisterhood circle all support the slow embodiment of what the medicine offered.
Women working with plant medicine in a held container led by other women can access layers of the body and the lineage that mixed-gender or male-led containers often cannot reach. The womb, the menstrual cycle, the maternal line, the body's specific knowing — these are most accessible in a sisterhood field held by experienced female facilitators.
Jana has facilitated plant medicine ceremony for years. Jules brings embodiment and movement medicine to the work. Together they hold the ceremony as a vessel strong enough for the deepest work.
