The Three Nights
Each day moves you deeper. The container builds across three nights — opening, activating, embodying, and integrating — so what you remember on Day Three becomes a way of being you carry home.
You arrive. The phone goes quiet. The air is different here. We open our hearts and the space with ceremonial cacao, connecting deeply, declaring what you are ready to release and preparing for what you are ready to curate.
Breath and meditation. Shamanic plant medicine journey. Goddess archetype journey. Today the body remembers what the mind forgot — the ancient remembrance encoded in yourselves. You may cry. You may laugh. You may feel everything at once. All of it is welcome.
Movement medicine. Ecstatic dance. Somatic release. Creative integration. The wisdom is no longer a concept — it is moving through you. Around fire, under stars, in the company of sisters, you become what you've been remembering.
You don't leave the way you came. We weave it together — what you've remembered, what you're carrying home, what you're committing to. A closing ceremony, a sisterhood blessing, and you walk back into your life unmistakably more yourself.

Woven across three nights, each holding a different current. You will not do every practice every day — they are layered with intention so you build a complete embodied transmission by Day Three.

The Goddess Blueprint Remembrance Retreat is a three-night women's retreat held in Utah from August 14 to 17, 2026. It is designed for women ready to awaken the codes of the divine feminine, embody their soul's blueprint, and rise as the woman they came here to be. The retreat is hosted by medicine woman Jana and embodiment teacher Jules, with Pamela in support. Practices include ceremony, sound bath, breath work, plant medicine facilitation, shamanic plant medicine journey, somatic movement, creative integration, and nature excursions under the stars.
The retreat is for women who feel called to the divine feminine, are open to plant medicine ceremony in a held intentional container, want sisterhood and embodied spiritual practice, and are ready to remember their soul's blueprint. No prior ceremony or spiritual experience is required — only the calling.
Yes. The retreat is structured to welcome women who have never participated in plant medicine ceremony before. Jana and Jules facilitate with deep care, pre-ceremony preparation, and post-ceremony integration. You will not be asked to do anything you are not ready for.
No. The Goddess Blueprint Remembrance Retreat is a non-religious, embodied spiritual container. Women from any background, tradition, or faith are welcome. The work is universal — body, breath, ceremony, sisterhood.
Intentionally small. We cap the group size to preserve intimacy and ensure each woman receives the personalized care and held container the work requires.
A detailed packing list is sent in the welcome packet within 24 hours of reservation. Generally: comfortable layered clothing for Utah's mountain climate, journal, water bottle, a small ceremonial object that holds meaning for you, and an open heart.
