ALIRA is a women's wellness brand based in Utah. We host the Goddess Blueprint Remembrance Retreat — a three-night women's retreat for divine feminine remembrance — and offer ongoing mentorship, personal psychic medium readings, the Sacred Light membership, and the 555-letter Sacred Letter library.
Our work serves the woman who is ready to remember the divine feminine codes within her, embody her soul's blueprint, and rise into her true power. We do this through ceremony, plant medicine facilitation, sound healing, breath work, somatic movement, sisterhood, and the slow patient art of integration.
Jana is the founding host of ALIRA. She is a medicine woman, quantum expansion mentor, and psychic medium who has spent years walking with women through life's most tender thresholds. Her practice is grounded in plant medicine facilitation, shamanic healing modalities, and deep ceremonial work.
Jules is an embodiment teacher and movement medicine practitioner whose work returns women to the truth of the body. She braids together sound, breath, somatic release, and ecstatic movement. She co-hosts the retreat alongside Jana.
Pamela is a soul integration guide and oracle whose work meets women at the place where the personal becomes ancestral. She is in support of the retreat.
Kimberly is the Sacred Light Leader of ALIRA. She offers personal readings, the Sacred Light Membership ($20/month), and the 555-letter Sacred Letter library.
ALIRA is based in Utah, USA. In-person retreats and ceremonies are held in Utah. Personal readings and mentorship programs are available worldwide via online video sessions. The Sacred Letter library is accessible from anywhere.
